Abstract:River crab faming is impacted a lot by water ecological factors. In order to research the effect of water ecological factors and meteorological factors to the growth of crabs, a breeding observation sites is established where water temperature, PH value, dissolved oxygen and other water projects and river ecological factors are observed, including crab growth and condition monitoring such as crab shelling time, length, weight, disease and other items. Observations statistical analysis of 2011 year shows that: 1) the crab growth process is non-uniform, the difference of the growth rates is rather big in different stages, and two relatively fast growth periods which are late June to mid-July and late August to mid-September in 2011 are observed;2)Before mid-May, both male and female crabs grow slowly , and the difference between individuals and sex is very small; After the late of May ,the difference between individuals and sex increases gradually; In late July, the mean variance of quality increases gradually among male crabs , while relatively stable among female crabs, which indicates that the growth is relatively even between the female crabs individuals; 3) the river crabs grow with the increase of weight and shape as well as the degree of fullness and robust. The degree of robust and fullness among male crabs is generally larger than the female crabs when it closes to the mature stage;4)The water temperature diurnal variation curve of each layer is close to the positive spin curve in Observation point 4, and the amplitude decreases with the increasing of water depth the daily variation of dissolved oxygen value is mainly relevant with the altitude of the sun, the higher the altitude of the sun during the day, the stronger the light will be ;5)the growth of river crab is highly relevant with the water temperature and dissolved oxygen .Water temperature is too low or too high,which is not conducive to the crab’s growth, and low dissolved oxygen concentration is a direct threat to aquatic life, but the greater concentration of dissolved oxygen is not necessary the best, which is proved that the dissolved oxygen concentration between the 5.0 ~ 7.0 mg/L is the best for the growth crab.

Abstract:Intestinal epithelial cells(IECs) are important functional cells in intestine, while intestinal barrier, a complex system , is formed mostly by intestinal mucosa cells, Primary cultured intestinal epithelial cells is thus the effective cell model in research in nutrition and physiology, pathology. Ctenopharyngodon idellus is the freshwater fish with important economic and food value in China. No practice operation method and system evaluation method of primary culture intestinal epithelial cells from Ctenopharyngodon idellus are published. The aim of this study was to establish a method specification on dissociation of IECs from intestinal mucosa of Ctenopharyngodon idellus, as well as effective evaluation index of primary culture of IECs. In this study, three digestion methods and different centrifugal speeds were used on the intestinal mucosa. The combinations of three culture mediums and four concentration gradients of CO2 were tested, as well as different concentration gradients of serum and cells seeded. After observing the growth process of IECs, we choose three observation methods, MTT method and enzyme activities interrelated to system evaluate the growth effect of primary cultured IECs. The results showed that the tested fish need to be intensified rearing to protect test repeatability. Using mechanical scrape plus collagens digestion and centrifugal speeds on 400r/min, cells grew in M199 added 15% serum concentration at 27℃ in 6% CO2 incubator , while the seeding concentration was 2000 clumps in each plate hole, intestinal mucosa cells’ growth was stability. The growth process of primary cultured IECs could be evaluated system of the combinations of inverted fluorescence microscope method and Giemsa staining method, as well as MTT method, activity of AKP and ratio of LDH / MTT OD.

Abstract:The adenine nucleotide translocase (ANT) is the most abundant mitochondrial inner membrane protein, which catalyzes the exchange of ADP and ATP between cytosol and mitochondria and participates in many models of mitochondrial apoptosis. In the present study, the full sequence of P. monodon ANT gene was cloned and named PmANT. The full length cDNA of PmANT contained a 5’ untranslated region (UTR) of 65bp, a 3’ UTR of 393bp and an ORF of 930bp encoding a polypeptide of 309 amino acids with an estimated molecular mass of 33.622kD. As other animal ANTs, the structure of the PmANT protein consists of three homologous repeated domains. But there are not signal peptide and glycosylation sites in PmANT protein. Sequence alignment analysis showed that the PmANT with the ANT of Litopenaeus vannamei shared a similarity of 98.7% and the homology of 97.4%. Analysis of the tissue expression pattern of the PmANT showed that the PmANT mRNA was expressed in all tested tissues, including heart, ovary, testis, muscle, eye disease nerve, cranial nerve, lymphoid tissue, stomach, intestines, hepatopancreas, gill, hemocyte, with the highest levels in muscle of male and the lowest level in immature testis. Furthermore, the PmANT expression was found to be a higher level in mature testis than in immature testis. The PmANT expression was found in the six ovarian stages of development and the expression of ovarian growth levels in the third growth phase was significantly higher than that of others except the sixth growth phase, while lowest in the fourth growth phase. The study provided essential materials and laid a firm foundation for the further research of the function of PmANT in gonad development of P. monodon.

Abstract:A 6-week feeding trial was conducted to study the effect of supplementation of polysaccharides, oligosaccharides and protease in diet on growth performance, serum nonspecific immune and digestive enzyme activities of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). Graded levels of 0.0% (control group), 0.2% β?-glucan, 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175mg/kg protease PT were supplemented to diet. Each diet was randomly fed to four cages of white shrimp with initial average weight 4.55 ?0.08g in 20 cages(2.5m?1.2m?1m)for 6 weeks. Compared with control group, weight gain rate (WGR) of shrimp fed with 0.2% β?-glucan, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175mg/kg protease PT were increased by 16.19%, 12.78%, 11.25% (P<0.05), protein efficiency ratio increased by 8.67%, 8.32%, 8.04% (P<0.05), and feed conversion rate (FCR) decreased by 0.10, 0.09, 0.09(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in contents of muscle moisture, ash, crude fat and crude protein among treatments (P>0.05). In the respect of serum nonspecific immunity, phenoloxidase were significantly increased by all additives group compared with control group (P<0.05), but no differences was found in MDA among groups(P>0.05). Shrimp fed with diet adding 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides had a significantly higher lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase activity, meanwhile activities of superoxide dismutase of 0.2% β-glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides groups were enhanced compared with control group (P<0.05). In the respect of digestive enzymes activities, hepatopancreas protease activities of 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides and 175mg/kg protease PT groups, intestine protease activity of 175mg/kg protease PT group, stomach protease activity of 0.2% β?-glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides groups, hepatopancreas lipase activity of 0.2% β?-glucan, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175mg/kg protease PT were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Results above showed that the addition of 0.2% β?-glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides in diet could improve the growth performance, serum nonspecific immune and digestive enzyme activities; addition of 175kg/kg protease PT could improve the weight gain rate and digestive enzyme activites; addition of 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides had no influence on weight growth rate, serum nonspecific immune and digestive enzyme activities.

Abstract:Based on the production data from Chinese squid jigging vessels in the waters of Exclusive Economic Zones of Argentina during 2008 to 2011 and sea surface temperature (SST), the catch composition and distribution of fishing ground are analyzed. The relationship between fishing ground and SST is analyzed and the monthly optimum SSTs of fishing ground are deduced by use of the software Marine Explorer and the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test. The result showed that the production is relatively high but with fluctuation during February to April. The catch is mainly concentrated in the waters near 44?-52?S and 60?-65?W, accounting for 70% of the total production. There is a significant difference in the monthly distribution of fishing ground, and the fishing ground moves westwards during February to August. The monthly optimum SSTs of fishing ground are 11-14.5℃, 9.5-12℃, 9-10℃, 9-9.5℃, 7-13℃, 7.5-9℃ and 7-10℃, respectively. The result of Kolmogorov–Smirnov test demonstrated no significant difference between SST and CPUE. It is suggested that the catch data including biological data is collected in details, and the annual changes of resources and fishing ground for I. argentinus is needed to be carried out in combination with different spawning populations, to make a basis on sustainable exploiting fishery resources in Southwest Atlantic Ocean.

Abstract:In order to construct marine ranching in Zhoushan effectively, after analyst the factors affecting the site selection of marine ranching, using AHP method to build up the evaluation model, and set up judgment matrix by delphi method, using yaahp5.3R1 software to evaluate the judgment matrix, and checked the consistency of judgment matrix, at last, get the weight value of the different project. The result showed that the preferential order of the four sites selection is Ma’an archipelago marine ranching(0.2895), Dongji island marine ranching(0.2766), Yang’an-Maotou marine ranching(0.2219), and East Daishan island marine ranching(0.2120). Zhoushan City could give priority to funding and project to construct Ma’an archipelago marine ranching and Dongji island marine ranching.

Abstract:An electron probe microanalyzer was used to analyze the microchemistry of Sr and Ca in sagittal otoliths of the Salangid icefish Neosalanx taihuensis from southern (area of Baiquexiang) and northern (area between Wutangmen and Wuguishan) Taihu Lake, and Hongze Lake (area of Laozishan). The results of both the life history transect analysis and X-ray intensity mapping analyses clearly showed that there were two different patterns in otolith samples of N. taihuensis from northern Taihu Lake. One was characterized by high Sr:Ca ratios (Sr:Ca?1000) with a mean value of 21.41 (SD, 0.50; N=4); whereas another showed low Sr:Ca ratios with a mean value of 1.64 (SD, 0.12; N=5). In contrast, mean otolith Sr:Ca ratios of the fish from southern Taihu Lake was 3.12 (SD, 0.07; N=10). That of N. taihuensis form Hongze Lake was 5.42 (SD, 0.32; N=9). The difference of otolith Sr:Ca ratio values was statistically significant at a 5% level among the icefish from different water areas. In addition, the X-ray intensity maps showed that the otolithes of N. taihuensis from Hongze Lake presented high Sr concentric rings, while Sr distribution in those of the icefish from Taihu Lake were almost homogeneous. The results of the present study indicated that different microchemistry patterns of otolith existed not only between the icefishes from the Taihu Lake and Hongze Lake, but also existed between the icefishes from different water areas of Taihu Lake, suggesting a possibility to separate different geographic resources of N. taihuensis by means of the different features of otolith microchemistry.

Abstract:We research investigated and detected the dissolved oxygen in crab eco-culture ponds within 24 hours on the high temperature season between the aquatic sparse area and the aquatic concentration areas, when it is sunny, winds and rainy day. At the same time, we detect the dissolved oxygen between the upwind areas and the downwind areas on the winds day. The results shows that the dissolved oxygen get the highest from 14:00 to 16:00, and the lowest from 4:00 to 6:00 within 24 hours. When it is 10:00~16:00 on the high temperature season, the thermal resistance appears between the upper and the lower water in the ponds, so the significant difference shows between the upper and the lower water (p<0.05). The maximum difference is 10.4mg/L at 14:00. The dissolved oxygen is 0.2~2.5mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. When it is strong winds, the difference is litter between the upper and the lower water at 14:00, and the dissolved oxygen is 1.2~4.9mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. When it is rainy, the difference is least between the upper and the lower water, and it is 3.4mg/L at 14:00. The dissolved oxygen is 0.6~1.0mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. The dissolved oxygen in the aquatic concentration areas is significantly higher than the aquatic sparse area (p<0.05), except it is rainy. When it is wind, the dissolved oxygen in the downwind areas is significantly higher than the upwind areas at 16:00 (p<0.05), but the no significant difference is showed at 6:00 (p>0.05). In conclusion, the aquatic plant is the main producers of the dissolved oxygen in the crab eco-culture ponds. The research provides some reference for increasing dissolved oxygen in the crab eco-culture ponds.

Abstract:Growth performance of NEW GIFT strain of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)from F13 to F15 was compared at Experimental Station for Fish Germplasm of Shanghai Ocean University for 67 days in 2011. The results showed that: (1) The body weights of F13-15 at the end of the experiment was 195.7g, 213.4g, 218.3g, respectively. Analysis of variance showed that growth rate of F14 and F15 were significantly faster than F13 (P<0.05), but no significant difference was detected between F14 and F15 (P=0.483). (2) The averages of daily body weight gain of F13-15 of the total experiment periods were 2.39 g/d, 2.61 g/d, 2.74 g/d respectively. F15 was 4.98% higher than F14, and F14 was 9.21% higher than F13.The average improvement of growth rate per generation was 7.10%. It could be considered that selection response to growth performance of F13~F15 of NEW GIFT strain was about 7.10%. (3) The variation coefficients of body weight of F13-15 were 6.33%, 4.87%, 1.60% respectively at the end of the experiment, namely F13>F14>F15, which suggested that the variation coefficient decreased with selection progress. It is conjectured that genetic improvement of NEW GIFT strain never stopped in the course of continuous selection. There is a certain distance from the selection limit.

Abstract:Age determining and biological parameters measuring were conducted for the chum salmons collected form the stocks migrating to Ussuri River for breeding. Back-calculated fork length was computed and the difference of growth between different maturation age groups was studied based on it. The result showed that the age groups of chum salmon were composed by 2 ,3 ,4 group, and female and male individuals have different age composition, average age are 3.43 and 3.24 respectively. Von Bertalanffy growth function was used to fit the fork length growth of chum salmon. ARSS(Analysis of the residual sum of squares)was used to judge the difference of chum salmon among the three age groups. The result showed the growth of chum salmons at different maturation age group has significant difference (P<0.05).The stocks at low maturation age group grow faster than the high age groups. With the age increasing growth speed become slower, but the growth index is not the smallest one at the last year in the ocean life stage. Genetic factor, Ocean environment conditions, intra- and interspecific interaction affect the growth of chum salmon all together.

Abstract:Distribution of Corbicula fluminea in the Dianshan lake was investigated by sediment sampling conducted on 28th June of 2010. Results of distribution survey revealed that C. fluminea in the southeast area (average density 62.3ind./m2,average biomass 62.7 g/m2) is more abundant than the northwest area (average density 13.8 ind./m2,average biomass 12.8 g/m2), and the highest density was found at a southeast tunnel connected with the lake (average density 318.5ind./m2,average biomass 225.2 g/m2). Population dynamics of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake was investigated by monthly collection of clam specimens from January to December of 2011. Results showed that, large numbers of juvenile C. fluminea (shell length < 8mm) presented in June, therefore, June can be identified as the peak reproduction season of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake. Shell length of C. fluminea increased to 19mm one year after settlement, and then increased to 27mm two years after settlement, only very low percentage of individuals can survive more than two years after settlement. The life span of C. fluminea is estimated as 2-3 years after settlement. Theoretically the largest individual is estimated as 30mm in shell length, whereas practically the largest individual was measured as 34mm in shell length. Data on the distribution and population dynamics of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake can be significantly important to the conservation of this species within this area.

Abstract:The oil spill information of the Dalian New Port on Jul. 16, 2010 was extracted and analyzed by MODIS and Radarsat-2 remote sensing data. After the pre-processing of MODIS remote sensing data, take measure of band math to extract oil spill information. For higher resolution Radarsat-2 remote sensing data, after the pre-processing of geometric correction, filtering and so on, take the method of texture analysis to extract oil spill information with the obvious boundary, then compared with the extracting oil spill result in MODIS remote sensing image, eliminate the non-oil information in MODIS remote sensing image, so it can complement each other"s advantages by using the two remote sensing data. For MODIS data on Jul. 18, 2010 and Radarsat-2 data on Jul. 19, 2010, the extracted oil spill area which is calculated by the ArcGIS software is 174 km? and 198 km?, respectively, which is according with the report of the China Ocean Monitoring Ship, so that it shows the feasibility of this method.

Abstract:The morphous and ultrastructural organization of Gymnocypris przewalskii spermatozoon was observed by scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The spermatozoon was consisted of the head, middle piece and the tail. The head of the spermatozoon was oval shape without acrosome, of which the main structure was nucleus, and only little cytoplasma was existed. At the caudal-lateral end of the head, implantation fossa trapped into the internal to the 1/3. The chromatin in nucleus was dense. The middle piece included centriolar complex and sleeve. The centriolar complex was inside the implantation fossa, which comprised proximal centriole (PC) and basal body (BD).The angle between PC and BD was obtuse. The sleeve, which contained several mitochondria, was connected to the posterior end of the nucleus. The tail of spermatozoon was slim and long. The main composition of the tail was axoneme, whose structure was the typical model of “9 2”. The tail had lateral fins, which was arranged symmetrically.

Abstract:In order to achieve the object of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) large-scale cultivation in Shandong province area, an experiment on cultivation in basement with gentle flowing water was carried out. The experiment, set 2 age groups of 1 and 3 years old, analyzed many aspects of culture field construction, management of water quality, feed and disease prevention and treatment, and growth condition of Chinese giant salamander based on the result of biological measure. The results show that:After two years,the Chinese giant salamander′s growth rate of average weight reached 6874.5% and 167.5% and average length reached 254.3%和50.5% at 1 and 3 years old respectively; The growth rate of weight taken on a character of “slow-fast-slow”, and of body length reduced gradually with increased culture time; Specific growth rate appeared a rule of high before and low behind, significantly reduced in all follow with culture time; Growth inflexion was 3.38, indicated that 3~4 years old is the critical period of weight growth. In all, the Chinese giant salamander cultivated in basement with gentle flowing water,has advantages in growth rate of body weight and length faster, growth inflexion come forth earlier, cultivation cycle shorter, the study can provide reference for carrying out large-scale Chinese giant salamander culture in Shandong area.

Abstract:7 purified diets with various lysine levels ranging from 0.85% to 2.95% were formulated by using crystal amino acids and intact protein amino acids from 10% casein and 5% gelatin. Levels of crystal lysine were graded and the percentage differences were compensated by levels of mixture of aspartic acid and glutamate (1:1) accordingly. Levels of other amino acids were maintained to analyzed ones in 40% protein of tail muscle. The diets were fed to 7 triple groups of Macrobrachium nipponense juveniles initially weighing 0.13g for 7 weeks. The survival rates had no significantly differences (P>0.05) between treatments, while the weight gains of shrimps fed diets with various levels of lysine were significantly affected (P<0.05). Weight gain increased with increasing dietary lysine levels from 0.85% to 1.90%, and further increase dietary lysine level seemed to reach a platform. Feed efficiencies of shrimp fed diets with lysine levels ranging from 1.55% to 2.60% were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed a diet with 0.85% lysine (P<0.05). Broken line model regressions analysis of weight gain data showed that the dietary lysine requirement of the shrimp was 1.91% of dry diet or 5.41% of dietary protein. And based on this result, the recommended requirements for other 9 essential amino acids were calculated by using a reported essential amino acids profile through analyzing the tail muscle.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to investigate the role of bioflocs technology for maintaining good water quality and inhibiting potential pathogen in the breeding systems of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Glucose was added to the breeding system of Macrobrachium rosenbergii with different concentration to stimulate the formation of bioflocs everyday. The ammonia nitrogen, nitrite-N, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand(COD), the concentration of glucose and bio-flocs were continuously monitored. The composition of the microorganism of bioflocs and length of Macrobrachium rosenbergii post larval were systematically investigated respectively. The results indicated that ammonia-N and nitrite-N concentrations of water in the 20mg/L glucose group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The content of bioflocs,dissolved oxygen, COD and concentration of glucose showed no significant differences. By comparing the microbial diversity of bioflocs in control and treatment groups, Aeromonas sp. was probably inhabited in bioflocs treatment groups. The survival rates of post larval in bioflocs group (20mg/L) and control group were 32.60% and 60.60%, and was 85.90% higher than control group. The average lengthes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii post larval of control group and bioflocs groups (20mg/L ) were 8.193mm and 10.488mm. Bioflocs group(20mg/L) was 28.00% lengther than control.

Abstract:Based on statistical data, using the multivariate and traditional morphological analysis, the characters of the fish were measured and the morphological differences among the following three Sillago sinica populations, Dongying, Qingdao and Wenzhou were studied. The results indicate that the difference in meristic counts among three populations is not significant. Discriminant analysis of 27 morphological parameters shows that there are extremely significant differences among the three populations of S. sinica (P < 0.01), the accuracy is 97.1%; Principal component analysis indicates morphological differences of three populations

Abstract:A preliminary study was conducted on the community structure of phytoplankton and the annual variation of species diversity quarterly from October 2010 to July 2011 at the 18 stations in the Jiuduansha inshore waters of the Yangtze River estuary. A total of 133 phytoplankton species were identified, which belonged to 55 genera of 6 phyla. Diatom was the major phytoplankton group and its species number accounted for 61.65% of all species. The annually average cell abundance of phytoplankton was (92.33±29.86) ×104cell?L-1.The phytoplankton, according to its ecotype and habitat, can be grouped into freshwater, coastal and eurysalinity and oceanic species. The main dominant species was Skeletonema costatum, of which average cell abundance was (87.95±30.96) ×104cell?L-1. It was the absolute superiority in cell abundance and frequency occurrence of Skeletonema costatum that resulted in the prominence of the single dominant species, lower diversity, uneven distribution and community simplification of the waters.

Abstract:The apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, amino acids, calcium and phosphorus of nine feed ingredients for Onchidium struma were determined. Taking spirulina feed as the basal diet, test diets consisted of 70% basal diet and 30% test feed ingredients, and added 0.5% Cr2O3 as an indicator. Two thousand four hundred Onchidium struma with the average body weight of (16.82±2.14) g were randomly divided into 10 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 individuals per replicate, and one control group randomly selected from the 10 groups was fed basal diet. The results showed that the apparent digestibility for dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, total amino acids, essential amino acids, calcium and phosphorus of nine feed ingredients were 33.24%~55.29%, 27.30%~79.35%, 36.91%~69.81%, 34.89%~65.04%, 25.35%~75.78%, 21.54%~72.57%, 44.98%~74.64% and 10.42%~32.15%, respectively. The results indicated that corn gluten meal showed the best apparent digestibility for all nutrition in the seven protein feed, followed by cottonseed gluten meal and cottonseed meal. In the two energy feed, corn meal showed higher apparent digestibility than wheat meal, but lower than the corn gluten meal. Thus, it can be seen that corn gluten meal can be used as high quality feed raw material, and it can partially replace spirulina feed in Onchidium struma feeds. At the same time, we can also reasonable collocate and moderate use corn meal and cottonseed gluten meal.

Abstract:A total of 524 (328 males, 196 females) blue sharks were sampled from tuna long line fishery survey in the northwest Atlantic Ocean(48° to 52°N/15° to 34°W , 3° to 15°N/34° to 40°W) from October 2010 to March 2011. Whole vertebrae of 51 males (104~254cmFL) and 52 females (135~211cmFL) were analyzed. The results showed that the relationship between fork length (FL) and vertebral radius (VR) for both sexes was as follows: FL=192.8VR0.837(n=117,R2=0.90). Estimating the vertebral growth rings used 10% cobalt nitrate. Males were aged to 9 years (256cm FL) and females were 7years (211cm FL). The index of average percentage error (IAPE) ranged from 0~6.33% for 2~9years. Parameters derived from observed length-at-age for males and back-calculated lengths for females were best to describe the growth of the blue shark, respectively. Von Bertalanffy growth parameters were L∞=330.4 cm FL, k=0.15 yr-1, t0=-0.64 yr for males, and L∞=295.7 cm FL, k=0.14 yr-1, t0=-0.62 yr for females. The longevity for males and females was 20years and 21years, respectively.

Abstract:The Status of the world fisheries resources continues to not be improved, becoming one of concerns for international community. Against this backdrop, certification by non-governmental organizations has been influencing the purchase willingness of consumers, to encourage the sustainable conservation and utilization of fisheries resources. The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is such a non-governmental organization and has a relative improved certification system since its establishment. The number of certificated fisheries has increased significantly in recent, almost reaching 120; and the number is expected to increase in the near future. This research shows that certification by MSC has got great support from consumers in developed countries, demonstrating the greater recognition of MSC label. But certifications by MSC with respect to depleted fisheries, fisheries with poor data and bottom trawling fisheries have been full of controversies and are expected to be improved. At the end, a proposal has been made that on one hand, , MSC certification principles and criteria might shed some light on domestic fisheries management whereas domestic fisheries are not likely to apply for this certification; on the other hand, Chinese companies operating in the high seas, such as those targeting tuna, should apply for this certification in order to explore further the markets of developed states.

Abstract:An 90 days feeding trial was conducted to estimate the adequate dietary vitamin C requirement of juvenile Wuchang bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) and its effect on on growth, physiological and biochemical, immunity and three HSPs mRNA expression. 540 healthy fish with initial body weight(6.40±0.05)g were selected and randomly divided into six groups and Vc supplemented at 0.2 ,33.4,65.8 ,133.7,251.5 and 501.5 mg/kg diet. After 90 days feeding, the growth performance, hematology and muscle physiochemical indexes were investigated. The results showed that the weight gains (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) had an increasing trend with the increase of dietary vitamin C, the fish in 251.5 mg/kg and 501.5 mg/kg Vc group had significantly higher SGR then those in the control group (P<0.05); while the feed coefficient reduced with increasing of dietary vitamin C, but no significant difference were observed among dietary treatments (P>0.05). The fish body indices were not significantly different among groups, except the viscerosomatic index in fish with 120 mg/kg vitamin C was significantly higher then the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control, total leukocytes count in fish with 65.8-501.5 mg/kg vitamin C, the contents of serum glutamic-oxaloacetic in fish with 65.8 mg/kg, and the contents of serum glutamic-pyruvicStransaminase in fish with 133.7 mg/kg and 501.5 mg/kg were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The contents of serum triglycerides and complement 3 in fish with 501.5 mg/kg, total superoxide dismutase activities in the musclr in fish with 133.7 mg/kg were significantly improved (P<0.05). Other indices, such as erythrocyte, hemoglobin, platelets,Salbumin and cooking loss of muscle were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05). Based on broken-line model analyses at this study, the minimum dietary vitamin C level is 150 mg/kg to get optimal WG.

Abstract:The change of the computing environment makes the servitization become the main business model of all kinds of the resource sharing in the modern informationized society. The information system has accomplished the evolution from enterprise-oriented MIS focusing on the internal management to the client-oriented ERP concerning the whole supply chain. The arrival of the internet of things (IOT) summons the new type of information systems based on IOT. Founded on the requirements of pelagic vessel and its operating system, this paper discussed on the architecture model of open service component architecture model based the new-type IOT smart service system and its systemic function. In the practical application, The relational representation and management of system service components is grossly complicated while the redundancy and overall relationship between the service components is troublesome to be grasped. Therefore, this paper disserts the dynamic representation method of service components relationship in the system based on the Petri net. Under the effect of this method, the users’ overall acquisition capability for the service component based has be enhanced, which contributes to discover the conflict and redundancy of solving between the service components and provide an intuitive illustration mechanism for the combination configuration of service components. The intelligence of the system and the advantage of SOA are evaluated as well. Meanwhile, the reliability of the method in this paper is proved by means of the experimental simulation.

Abstract:Growth performance of NEW GIFT strain of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)from F13to F15 was compared at Experimental Station for Fish Germplasm of Shanghai Ocean University for 67 days in 2011. The results showed that: (1) The body weights of F13-F15 at the end of the experiment were 195.7 g, 213.4 g, 218.3 g, respectively. Analysis of variance showed that growth rate of F14 and F15 was significantly faster than F13(P<0.05), but no significant difference was detected between F14 and F15 (P=0.483); (2) The averages of daily body weight gain of F13-F15of the total experiment periods were 2.39 g/d, 2.61 g/d, 2.74 g/d respectively. F15 was 4.98% higher than F14, and F14 was 9.21% higher than F13.The average improvement of growth rate per generation was 7.10%. It could be considered that selection response to growth performance of F13-F15of NEW GIFT strain was about 7.10%; (3) The variation coefficients of body weight of F13-F15 were 6.33%, 4.87%, 1.60% respectively at the end of the experiment, namely F13>F14>F15, which suggested that the variation coefficient decreased with selection progress. It is conjectured that genetic improvement of NEW GIFT strain never stopped in the course of continuous selection. The fixation of major gene controlling growth was in progress. There is a certain distance from the selection limit.

Abstract:The adenine nucleotide translocase (ANT) is the most abundant mitochondrial inner membrane protein, which catalyzes the exchange of ADP and ATP between cytosol and mitochondria and participates in many models of mitochondrial apoptosis. In the present study, the full sequence of P. monodon ANT gene was cloned and named PmANT. The full length cDNA of PmANT contained a 5′ untranslated region (UTR) of 65 bp, a 3′ UTR of 393 bp and an ORF of 930 bp encoding a polypeptide of 309 amino acids with an estimated molecular mass of 33.622 ku. Like other animal ANTs, the structure of the PmANT protein consists of three homologous repeated domains. But there are no signal peptide and glycosylation sites in PmANT protein. Sequence alignment analysis showed that the PmANT with the ANT of Litopenaeus vannamei shared a similarity of 98.7% and the homology of 97.4%. Analysis of the tissue expression pattern of the PmANT showed that the PmANT mRNA was expressed in all tested tissues, including heart, ovary, testis, muscle, eye stable nerve, cranial nerve, lymphoid tissue, stomach, intestines, hepatopancreas, gill, hemocyte, with the highest levels in muscle of male and the lowest level in immature testis. Furthermore, the PmANT expression was found to be at a higher level in mature testis than in immature testis. The PmANT expression was found in the six ovarian stages of development and the expression level of ovarian growth in the third growth phase was significantly higher than that of others except the sixth growth phase, while lowest in the fourth growth phase. The study provided essential materials and laid a firm foundation for the further research of the function of PmANT in gonad development of P. monodon.

Abstract:The morphological differences among three populations of Sillago sinica,from Dongying, Qingdao and Wenzhou were studied in the present paper, based on multivariate statistical analysis. 17 traditional morphological characters and 18 truss morphological characters of 69 specimens were measured . No significant difference was found on meristic characters of S. sinica among the three populations. The result of one way ANOVA indicates that 17 and 14 morphological parameters are significantly different between the populations of Dongying and Qingdao and the populations of Dongying and Wenzhou respectively. However, only 6 morphological parameters are found to be significantly different between the populations of Qingdao and Wenzhou. No distinct groups that correspond to the sampling locations are found in cluster analysis. Discriminant analysis of 27 morphological parameters shows that there are extremely significant differences among the three populations of S. sinica (P<0.01) with the discriminant accuracy reaching 97.1%. Principal component analysis separates the population of Dongying from the other two populations. The present paper offers morphological basis for further studies of population analysis of S. sinica.

Abstract:An electron probe microanalyzer was used to analyze the microchemistry of Sr and Ca in sagittal otoliths of the Salangid icefish Neosalanx taihuensis from southern (area of Baiquexiang) and northern (area between Wutangmen and Wuguishan) Taihu Lake, and Hongze Lake (area of Laozishan). The results of both the life history transect analysis and X ray intensity mapping analyses clearly showed that there were two different patterns in otolith samples of N. taihuensis from northern Taihu Lake. One was characterized by high Sr∶Ca ratios (Sr∶Ca×1000) with a mean value of 21.41 SD, 0.50; N=4); whereas another showed low Sr∶Ca ratios with a mean value of 1.64 (SD, 0.12; N=5). In contrast, mean otolith Sr∶Ca ratios of the fish from southern Taihu Lake was 3.12 (SD, 0.07; N=10). That of N. taihuensis form Hongze Lake was 5.42 (SD, 0.32; N=9). The difference of otolith Sr∶Ca ratio values was statistically significant at a 5% level among the icefish from different water areas. In addition, the X ray intensity maps showed that the otolithes of N. taihuensis from Hongze Lake presented high Sr concentric rings, while Sr distribution in those of the icefish from Taihu Lake were almost homogeneous. The results of the present study indicated that different microchemistry patterns of otolith existed not only between the icefishes from the Taihu Lake and Hongze Lake, but also existed between the icefishes from different water areas of Taihu Lake, suggesting a possibility to separate different geographic resources of N. taihuensis by means of the different features of otolith microchemistry.

Abstract:Intestinal epithelial cells(IECs) are important functional cells in intestine, while intestinal barrier, a complex system , is formed mostly by intestinal mucosa cells. Primary cultured intestinal epithelial cells is thus the effective cell model in research in nutrition, physiology and pathology. Ctenopharyngodon idellus is the freshwater fish with important economic and food value in China. No practical operation method and system evaluation method of primary culture intestinal epithelial cells from Ctenopharyngodon idellus were published. The aim of this study was to establish a method specification on dissociation of IECs from intestinal mucosa of Ctenopharyngodon idellus, as well as effective evaluation index of primary culture of IECs. In this study, three digestion methods and different centrifugal speeds were used on the intestinal mucosa. The combinations of three culture mediums and four concentration gradients of CO2 were tested, as well as different concentration gradients of serum and cells seeded. After observing the growth process of IECs, we chose three observation methods, MTT method and enzyme activity interrelated system to evaluate the growth effect of primary cultured IECs. The results showed that the tested fish need to be intensified rearing to protect test repeatability. Using mechanical scrape plus collagens digestion and centrifugal speeds at 400 r/min, cells grew in M199 added 15% serum concentration at 27 ℃ in 6% CO2 incubator , while the concentration of cells seeded was 2 000 clumps of cells in each plate hole, intestinal mucosa cells’ growth was stable. The process of primary cultured IECs growth could be evaluated system of the combinations of inverted fluorescence microscope method and Giemsa staining method, as well as MTT method, enzyme activity of AKP and the ratio of LDH/MTT OD.

Abstract:The morphous and ultrastructural tissues of Gymnocypris przewalskii spermatozoon were observed by scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The spermatozoon consisted of the head, middle piece and the tail. The head of the spermatozoon was oval shape without acrosome, of which the main structure was nucleus, and only little cytoplasma existed. At the caudal lateral end of the head, implantation fossa trapped into the internal to the 1/3. The chromatin in nucleus was dense. The middle piece included centriolar complex and sleeve. The centriolar complex was inside the implantation fossa, which comprised proximal centriole (PC) and basal body (BB).The angle between PC and BB was obtuse. The sleeve, which contained several mitochondria, was connected to the posterior end of the nucleus. The tail of the spermatozoon was slim and long. The main composition of the tail was axoneme, whose structure was the typical model of “9+2”. The tail had lateral fins, which was arranged symmetrically.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to investigate the role of bioflocs technology for maintaining good water quality and inhibiting potential pathogen in the breeding systems of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Glucose was added to the breeding system of Macrobrachium rosenbergii with different concentration to stimulate the formation of bioflocs everyday. The ammonia nitrogen, nitrite N, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand(COD), the concentration of glucose and bio flocs were continuously monitored. The composition of the microorganism of bioflocs and length of Macrobrachium rosenbergii of postlarval stage were systematically investigated respectively. The results indicated that ammonia N and nitrite N concentrations of water in the 20 mg/L glucose group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The content of bioflocs,dissolved oxygen, COD and concentration of glucose showed no significant differences. By comparing the microbial diversity of bioflocs in control and treatment groups, Aeromonas sp. was probably inhibited in bioflocs treatment groups. The survival rates of post larval in bioflocs group (20 mg/L) and control group were 32.60% and 60.60%, and was 85.90% higher than control group. The average length of Macrobrachium rosenbergii of postlarval stage of control group and bioflocs groups (20 mg/L ) were 8.193 mm and 10.488 mm. Bioflocs group(20 mg/L) was 28.00% longer than control.

Abstract:River crab farming is impacted a lot by water ecological factors. In order to research the effects of water ecological factors and meteorological factors on the growth of crabs, a breeding observation site is established where water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen and other water projects and river ecological factors are observed, including crab growth and condition monitoring such as crab shelling time, length, weight, disease and other items. Observations statistical analysis of year 2011 shows that: (1) the crab growth process is non uniform, the difference of the growth rates is rather big in different stages, and two relatively fast growth periods which are late June to mid July and late August to mid September in 2011 are observed;(2)Before mid May, both male and female crabs grow slowly , and the difference between individuals and sexes is very small; After late May ,the difference between individuals and sexes increases gradually; In late July, the mean variance of quality increases gradually among male crabs, while relatively stable among female crabs, which indicates that the growth is relatively even between the female crabs individuals; (3) the river crabs grow with the increase of weight and shape as well as the degree of fullness and robustness. The degree of robustness and fullness among male crabs is generally larger than the female crabs when it is close to the mature stage;(4)the water temperature diurnal variation curve of each layer is close to the positive spin curve in observation point 4, and the amplitude decreases with the increasing of water depth, the daily variation of dissolved oxygen value is mainly relevant with the angle of the sunlight, the more directly the sun shines during the day, the stronger the light will be;(5) the growth of river crab is highly relevant with the water temperature and dissolved oxygen .Water temperature is too low or too high,which is not conducive to the crab’s growth, and low dissolved oxygen concentration is a direct threat to aquatic life, but the greater concentration of dissolved oxygen is not necessarily the better.It is proved that the dissolved oxygen concentration between the 5.0-7.0 mg/L is the best for the crab growth.

Abstract:In order to achieve the object of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) large scale cultivation in Shandong province area, an experiment on cultivation in basement with gentle flowing water was carried out. The experiment, set 2 age groups of 1 and 3 years old, analyzed many aspects of culture field construction, management of water quality, feed and disease prevention and treatment, and growth condition of Chinese giant salamander based on the results of biological measures. The results show that:After two years,the Chinese giant salamander’s growth rate of average weight reached 6 874.5% and 167.5% and average length reached 254.3% and 50.5% when 1 and 3 years old respectively; The growth rate of weight taken on a character of “slow fast slow”, and of body length reduced gradually with increased culture time; Specific growth rate displayed a rule of high first and low later, significantly reduced with culture time; Growth inflexion was 3.38, indicated that 3-4 years old is the critical period of weight growth. In all, the Chinese giant salamander cultivated in basement with gentle flowing water,has advantages in growth rate of body weight and length faster, growth inflexion coming earlier, cultivation cycle shorter. This study can provide reference for carrying out large scale Chinese giant salamander culture in Shandong area.

Abstract:The dissolved oxygen was detected in crab eco culture ponds within 24 hours in the high temperature season between the aquatic plant sparse area and the aquatic plant concentration areas, when it is sunny, windy and rainy. At the same time, the dissolved oxygen was detected between the upwind areas and the downwind areas on the windy day. The results show that the dissolved oxygen is the highest from 14:00 to 16:00, and the lowest from 4:00 to 6:00 within 24 hours. When it is 10:00-16:00 in the high temperature season, the thermal resistance appears between the upper and the lower water in the ponds, so the significant difference shows between the upper and the lower water (P<0.05). The maximum difference is 10.4 mg/L at 14:00. The dissolved oxygen is 0.2-2.5 mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. When it is strong winds, the difference is litter between the upper and the lower water at 14:00, and the dissolved oxygen is 1.2-4.9 mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. When it is rainy, the difference is least between the upper and the lower water, and it is 3.4 mg/L at 14:00. The dissolved oxygen is 0.6-1.0 mg/L in the lower water at 6:00. The dissolved oxygen in the aquatic plant concentration areas is significantly higher than the aquatic sparse area (P<0.05), except it is rainy. When it is windy, the dissolved oxygen in the downwind areas is significantly higher than the upwind areas at 16:00 (P<0.05), but the no significant difference is showed at 6:00 (P>0.05). In conclusion, the aquatic plant is the main producers of the dissolved oxygen in the crab eco culture ponds. The research provides some reference for increasing dissolved oxygen in the crab eco culture ponds.

Abstract:A preliminary study was conducted on the community structure of phytoplankton and the annual variation of species diversity quarterly from October 2010 to July 2011 at 18 stations in the Jiuduansha inshore waters of the Yangtze River estuary. A total of 133 phytoplankton species were identified, which belonged to 55 genera of 6 phyla. Diatom was the major phytoplankton group and its species number accounted for 61.65% of all species. The annually average cell abundance of phytoplankton was (92.33±29.86) ×104 cell/L.The phytoplankton, according to its ecotype and habitat, can be grouped into freshwater, coastal and eurysalinity and oceanic species. The main dominant species was 〖WTBX〗Skeletonema costatum〖WTBZ〗, of which average cell abundance was (87.95±30.96) ×104 cell/L. It was the absolute superiority in cell abundance and frequency occurrence of 〖WTBX〗Skeletonema costatum〖WTBZ〗 that resulted in the prominence of the single dominant species, lower diversity, uneven distribution and community simplification of the waters.

Abstract:Distribution of Corbicula fluminea in the Dianshan lake was investigated by sediment sampling conducted on 28th June of 2010. Results of distribution survey revealed that C. fluminea in the southeast area (average density 62.3 ind/m2,average biomass 62.7 g/m2) is more abundant than the northwest area (average density 13.8 ind/m2,average biomass 12.8 g/m2), and the highest density was found at a southeast tunnel connected with the lake (average density 318.5 ind/m2,average biomass 225.2 g/m2). Population dynamics of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake was investigated by monthly collection of clam specimens from January to December of 2011. Results showed that, large numbers of juvenile C. fluminea (shell length < 8 mm) presented in June, therefore, June can be identified as the peak reproduction season of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake. Shell length of C. fluminea increased to 19 mm one year after settlement, and then increased to 27 mm two years after settlement, only very low percentage of individuals can survive more than two years after settlement. The life span of C. fluminea is estimated as 2-3 years after settlement. Theoretically the largest individual is estimated as 30 mm in shell length, whereas practically the largest individual was measured as 34 mm in shell length. Data on the distribution and population dynamics of C. fluminea in the Dianshan Lake can be significantly important to the conservation of this species within this area.

Abstract:Age determining and biological parameters measuring were conducted for the chum salmons collected form the stocks migrating to Ussuri River for breeding. Back calculated fork length was computed and the difference of growth between different maturation age groups was studied based on it. The result showed that the age groups of chum salmon were composed by 2+,3+,4+ age group, and female and male individuals have different age composition, average age are 3.43 and 3.24 respectively. Von Bertalanffy growth function was used to fit the fork length growth of chum salmon. ARSS(Analysis of the residual sum of squares)was used to judge the difference of chum salmon among the three age groups. The result showed the growth of chum salmons at different maturation age group has significant difference (P<0.05).The stocks at low maturation age group grow faster than the high age groups. With the age increasing growth speed become slower, but the growth index is not the smallest one at the last year in the ocean life stage. Genetic factor, Ocean environment conditions, intra and interspecific interaction affect the growth of chum salmon all together.

Abstract:A 6 week feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of supplementation of polysaccharides, oligosaccharides and protease in diets on growth performance, serum nonspecific immunity and digestive enzyme activities of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). Graded levels of 0.0% (control group), 0.2% β glucan, 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175 mg/kg protease PT were supplemented to diet. Each diet was randomly fed to four cages of white shrimp with initial average weight (4.55 ±0.08) g in 20 cages(2.5 m×1.2 m×1 m)for 6 weeks. Compared with control group, weight gain rates (WGR) of shrimp fed with 0.2% β glucan, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175 mg/kg protease PT were increased by 16.19%, 12.78%, 11.25% (P<0.05), and feed conversion rate (FCR) decreased by 0.10, 0.09, 0.09(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in contents of muscle moisture, ash, crude fat and crude protein among treatments (P>0.05). In respect of serum nonspecific immunity, phenoloxidase were significantly increased by all additives groups compared with control group (P<0.05), but no difference was found in MDA among groups(P>0.05). Shrimp fed with diet adding 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides had a significantly higher lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase activity, meanwhile activities of superoxide dismutase of 0.2% β glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides groups were enhanced compared with control group (P<0.05). In respect of digestive enzymes activities, hepatopancreas protease activities of 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides and 175 mg/kg protease PT groups, intestine protease activity of 175 mg/kg protease PT group, stomach protease activity of 0.2% β glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides groups, hepatopancreas lipase activity of 0.2% β glucan, 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides and 175 mg/kg protease PT were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Results above showed that the addition of 0.2% β glucan and 0.4% mannan oligosaccharides in diet could improve the growth performance, serum nonspecific immunity and digestive enzyme activities; addition of 175 kg/kg protease PT could improve the weight gain rate and digestive enzyme activites; addition of 0.05% astragalus polysaccharides had no influence on weight growth rate, serum nonspecific immunity and digestive enzyme activities.

Abstract:7 purified diets with various lysine levels ranging from 0.85% to 2.95% were formulated by using crystal amino acids and intact protein amino acids from 10% casein and 5% gelatin. Levels of crystal lysine were graded and the percentage differences were compensated by levels of mixture of aspartic acid and glutamate (1∶〖KG-*2〗1) accordingly. Levels of other amino acids were maintained to analyzed ones in 40% protein of tail muscle. The diets were fed to 7 triple groups of Macrobrachium nipponense juveniles initially weighing 0.13 g for 7 weeks. The survival rates had no significantly differences (P>0.05) between treatments, while the weight gains of shrimps fed diets with various levels of lysine were significantly affected (P<0.05). Weight gain increased with increasing dietary lysine levels from 0.85% to 1.90%, and further increase dietary lysine level seemed to reach a platform. Feed efficiencies of shrimp fed diets with lysine levels ranging from 1.55% to 2.60% were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed a diet with 0.85% lysine (P<0.05). Broken line model regressions analysis of weight gain data showed that the dietary lysine requirement of the shrimp was 1.91% of dry diet or 5.41% of dietary protein. And based on this result, the recommended requirements for other 9 essential amino acids were calculated by using a reported essential amino acids profile through analyzing the tail muscle.

Abstract:The apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, amino acids, calcium and phosphorus of nine feed ingredients for Onchidium struma were determined. Taking spirulina feed as the basal diet, test diets consisted of 70% basal diet and 30% test feed ingredients, and added 0.5% Cr2O3 as an indicator. Two thousand four hundred Onchidium struma with the average body weight of (16.82±2.14) g were randomly divided into 10 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 individuals per replicate, and one control group randomly selected from the 10 groups was fed basal diet. The results showed that the apparent digestibility for dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, total amino acids, essential amino acids, calcium and phosphorus of nine feed ingredients were 33.24%-55.29%, 27.30%-79.35%, 36.91%-69.81%, 34.89%-65.04%, 25.35%-75.78%, 21.54%-72.57%, 44.98%-74.64% and 10.42%-32.15%, respectively. The results indicated that corn gluten meal showed the best apparent digestibility for all nutrition in the seven protein feed, followed by cottonseed gluten meal and cottonseed meal. In the two energy feed, corn meal showed higher apparent digestibility than wheat meal, but lower than the corn gluten meal. Thus, it can be seen that corn gluten meal can be used as high quality feed raw material, and it can partially replace spirulina feed in Onchidium struma feeds. At the same time, we can also reasonably collocate and moderately use corn meal and cottonseed gluten meal.

Abstract:A 90 days feeding trial was conducted to estimate the adequate dietary vitamin C (Vc) requirement of juvenile Wuchang bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) and its effect on growth, hematology and muscle physiochemical indexes. 450 healthy fish were selected and randomly divided into six groups for which Vc were supplemented at 0.2 ,33.4,65.8 ,133.7,251.5 and 501.5 mg/kg diet. After 90 days feeding, the growth performance, hematology and muscle physiochemical indexes were investigated. The results showed that the weight gains (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) had an increasing trend with the increase of dietary vitamin C, the fish in 251.5 mg/kg and 501.5 mg/kg Vc group had significantly higher SGR that in the control group (P<0.05); while the feed coefficient reduced with increasing of dietary Vc, but no significant differences were observed among dietary treatments (P>0.05). The fish body indices were not significantly different among groups, except the viscerosomatic index in fish with 133.7 mg/kg Vc was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control, the contents of total leukocytes in fish with 65.8-501.5 mg/kg Vc, serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in fish with 65.8 mg/kg Vc and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase in fish with 133.7 mg/kg and 501.5 mg/kg Vc were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The contents of serum triglycerides in fish with 501.5 mg/kg Vc, superoxide dismutase activities in the muscle in fish with 133.7 mg/kg Vc were significantly improved (P<0.05). Other indices, such as survival rate,erythrocyte, hemoglobin, platelets,albumin and cooking loss of muscle were not significantly different among groups(P>0.05). Based on broken line model analyses in this study, the minimum dietary vitamin C level is 150 mg/kg to get optimal WG.

Abstract:The blue shark Prionace glauca, is broadly distributed in temperate and tropical waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and is the main by catch species in tuna long line fishery. A total of 524 (328 males, 196 females) blue sharks were sampled from Chinese tuna long line fisheries in the North Atlantic Ocean(48° to 52°N/15° to 34°W , 3° to 15°N/34° to 40°W) from October 2010 to March 2011. Whole vertebrae of 51 males (104-256 cm) and 52 females (135-211 cm) were used to age for blue shark. Based such information from these samples, the age growth of blue shark was analyzed in this study. The results showed that the relationship between fork length and vertebral radius for both sexes was as follows: LF=192.8 Rv=0.837(n=117,R2=0.91). Males were aged to 11 years (256 cm) and females were 7 years (211 cm). The index of average percentage error (IAPE) ranged from 0-3.58% for 1-11 years. Parameters derived from observed length at age data for males and females were best to describe the growth of the blue shark. The von Bertalanffy growth parameters were:L∞=289.4 cm, k=0.16, t0=-1.61 for males, and L∞=308.3 cm, k=0.13,t0=-1.77 for females; differences in growth were found between sexes. The longevity for males and females were 21.3a and 17.1a, respectively.

Abstract:In order to construct marine ranching in Zhoushan effectively, after analyzing the factors affecting the site selection of marine ranching, using AHP method to build up the evaluation model, we set up judgment matrix by delphi method, using Yaahp 5.3R1 software to evaluate the judgment matrix, and checked the consistency of judgment matrix, at last, obtained the weight value of the different projects. The result showed that the preferential order of the four sites selection is Ma’an archipelago marine ranching(0.289 5), Dongji island marine ranching(0.276 6), Yang’an Maotou marine ranching(0.221 9), and East Daishan island marine ranching(0.212 0). Zhoushan City could give priority to funding and project to construct Ma’an archipelago marine ranching and Dongji island marine ranching.

Abstract:Based on the production data from Chinese squid jigging vessels in the waters of Exclusive Economic Zones of Argentina during 2008 to 2011 and sea surface temperature (SST), the catch composition and distribution of fishing ground are analyzed. The relationship between fishing ground and SST is analyzed and the monthly optimum SSTs of fishing ground are deduced by use of the software Marine Explorer and the Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. The result showed that the production is relatively high but with fluctuation during February to April. The catch is mainly concentrated in the waters near 44°-52°S and 60°-65°W, accounting for 70% of the total production. There is a significant difference in the monthly distribution of fishing ground, and the fishing ground moves westwards during February to August. The monthly optimum SSTs of fishing ground are 11-14.5 ℃, 9.5-12 ℃, 9-10 ℃, 9-9.5 ℃, 7-9 ℃, 7.5-9 ℃ and 7-10 ℃, respectively. The result of Kolmogorov Smirnov Test demonstrated no significant difference between SST and CPUE. It is suggested that the catch data including biological data are collected in details, and the annual changes of resources and fishing ground for I. argentinus are needed to be carried out in combination with different spawning populations, to provide a basis on sustainable exploiting fishery resources in Southwest Atlantic Ocean.

Abstract:The status of the world fisheries resources is not being improved, becoming one of concerns for international community. Against this backdrop, certification by non governmental organizations has been influencing the purchase willingness of consumers, so as to encourage the sustainable conservation and utilization of fisheries resources. The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is such a non governmental organization and has a relative improved certification system since its establishment. The number of certificated fisheries has increased significantly in recent years, almost reaching 120; and the number is expected to increase in the near future. This research shows that certification by MSC has got great support from consumers in developed countries, demonstrating the greater recognition of MSC label. But certifications by MSC with respect to depleted fisheries, fisheries with poor data and bottom trawling fisheries have been full of controversies and are expected to be improved. Finally, a proposal has been made that on one hand, MSC certification principles and criteria might shed some light on domestic fisheries management whereas domestic fisheries are not likely to apply for this certification; on the other hand, Chinese companies operating in the high seas, such as those targeting tuna, should apply for this certification in order to explore further the markets of developed states.

Abstract:The change of the computing environment makes the servitization become the main business model of all kinds of the resource sharing in the modern informationized society. The information system has accomplished the evolution from enterprise oriented MIS focusing on the internal management to the client oriented ERP concerning the whole supply chain. The arrival of the Internet of Things (IOT) summons the new type of information systems based on IOT. Founded on the requirements of pelagic vessel and its operating system, this paper discussed the architecture model of open service component architecture model based on the new type IOT smart service system and its systemic function. In the practical application, the relational representation and management of system service components are grossly complicated while the redundancy and overall relationship between the service components are troublesome to be grasped. Therefore, this paper disserts the dynamic representation method of service components relationship in the system based on the Petri net. Under the effect of this method, the users’ overall acquisition capability for the service component has been enhanced, which contributes to discover the conflict and redundancy of solving between the service components and provides an intuitive illustration mechanism for the combination configuration of service components. The intelligence of the system and the advantage of SOA are evaluated as well. Meanwhile, the reliability of the method in this paper is proved by means of the experimental simulation.

Abstract:The oil spill information of the Dalian New Port on Jul. 16, 2010 was extracted and analyzed by MODIS and Radarsat 2 remote sensing data. After the pre processing of MODIS remote sensing data, take measure of band math to extract oil spill information. For higher resolution Radarsat 2 remote sensing data, after the pre processing of geometric correction, filtering and so on, take the method of texture analysis to extract oil spill information with the obvious boundary, then compared with the extracting oil spill result in MODIS remote sensing image, eliminate the non oil information in MODIS remote sensing image, so it can complement each other’s advantages by using the two remote sensing data. For MODIS data on Jul. 18, 2010 and Radarsat 2 data on Jul. 19, 2010, the extracted oil spill area which is calculated by the ArcGIS software is 174 km2 and 198 km2, respectively, which is according with the report of the China Ocean Monitoring Ship, so that it shows the feasibility of this method.
