Abstract:利用两步法荧光定量RT-PCR法,检测不同温度下剑尾鱼免疫后脾脏和头肾组织中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)mRNA水平,发现其在不同温度下随着免疫时间呈现出不同的变化趋势。结果显示,在18℃水温下,剑尾鱼的IgM在两种组织中转录水平上升得较慢,随着水温的升高,在23℃、28℃水温下,其IgM表达水平上升较快,尤其是在28℃水温下,IgM表达水平迅速上升,且达到一个最高值,但在33℃较高水温条件下,IgM表达量并没有更高的上升幅度,而是与18℃水温下的IgM表达相比有所提高。本实验结果表明剑尾鱼注射免疫后在脾脏和头肾中都检测到了IgM表达的上调,高于33℃或低于18℃,都会影响剑尾鱼免疫效果。实验过程中发现在这种亚适温度下,剑尾鱼摄食量减少,反应比较迟钝,头肾和脾脏中IgM相对表达量也较低。

Abstract:应用组织切片技术对浙江沿海自然分布的嘉庚蛸雄性生殖系统的结构变化进行了逐月研究,结果发现,雄性生殖系统由单个精巢、输精管、储精囊、前列腺、精荚囊和阴茎等6部分构成。精巢球形,辐射型精巢,精原细胞椭圆或近圆形,直径10~16μm,精子细胞经过椭圆形梭型柳叶型长棒型的变态期,成为鞭毛型精子,精子头部细长等粗棍状,长约26~33μm,尾部长度约为头部的16倍。输精管长约13~16cm,是雄性生殖系统中最细长的管道。储精囊长约5~8cm,可分为储精管和腺体2部分。前列腺与储精囊相接共同开口于精荚囊腔,中空盲管状,4.8~5.6cm。精荚囊分为2部分,一侧为叶脉状规则褶皱突起围成的腺体腔,称之为囊内腺,另一侧突起少,个体大、不规则,树枝状。阴茎短,仅2~3cm,生殖孔开口于胴体左侧外套腔的中部。储精囊、前列腺和精荚囊中均存在着具有分泌功能的上皮构成的腺体腔,它们在精荚成熟装配过程中发挥着不可取代的作用。阴茎中段的阴茎囊呈镜面倒卜型,它不仅是分泌性的腺体腔,而且还是精荚排出过程中的反转场所。

Abstract:以秘鲁鱼粉、豆粕为蛋白源,鱼油和豆油为脂肪源,通过调节饲料中不同磷酸二氢钙水平形成7种不同磷水平(0.72%、0.85%、1.00%、1.16%、1.32%、1.47%和1.74%)的等氮等能饲料,并以此饲料投喂红螯螯虾幼虾(2.25±0.12)g8周。试验结果显示:饲料中不同磷水平对红螯螯虾幼虾的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数和成活率都有一定的影响,增重率和特定生长率均随着磷水平的升高而升高,当总磷含量为1.34%时获得最佳特定生长率,而过高(1.74%)或过低(0.72%)的磷水平会显著影响幼虾的生长;饲料系数随磷水平的升高呈下降趋势;在1.00%~1.74%的磷水平之间成活率均为100%;随着磷水平的升高,全虾和肝胰脏粗脂肪含量逐渐降低,全虾粗灰分和总磷含量均逐渐升高,并且肌肉粗蛋白含量也呈一定的增长趋势;适宜的磷水平可以提高血浆碱性磷酸酶活性,而肝胰脏碱性磷酸酶活性随磷水平的升高而降低。综合幼虾的生长性能、营养成分等分析得出,体重在(2.25±0.12)g的红螯螯虾幼虾适宜的饲料总磷含量在1.32%~1.47%之间。

Abstract:根据2003年-2005年每年5月、8月和11月对洋山深水港一期工程施工海域(30°30′~30°54,N、121°45′~122°30′E)20个站点进行渔业资源监测调查,分析了该海域虾蟹类资源的种类组成、生物量、丰度、生物多样性、个体平均体重及幼体比例等的变化,并与工程前(2001年)相比较。结果显示:虾蟹类的种类基本逐年减少;3年平均的生物量和丰度比工程前低;多样性指数、平均个体体重和幼体比例也是呈逐年降低的趋势。这系列的变化反映出该海域渔业资源结构的改变朝小型化方向发展,群落结构趋于简单化,容易引起生态系统结构与功能的改变。说明洋山工程海域施工期对虾蟹类资源产生了一定程度的影响。

Abstract:柔鱼是北太平洋海域的重要经济头足类,黑潮的变化直接影响着柔鱼渔场形成及其空间分布。利用1998-2007年黑潮分布类型,结合同期8-10月我国鱿钓渔船生产数据,分析北太平洋柔鱼渔场变化与黑潮分布的关系。在25°~40°N、125°~150°E海域内,以空间分布率经纬度5°×5°为一个空间单元,共分A(140°~145°E、35°~40°N)、B(145°~150°E、35°~40°N)、C(135°~140°E、30°~35°N)、D(140°~145°E、30°~35°N)和E(145°~150°E、30°~35°N)5个区,将黑潮分布类型分为大弯曲型、小弯曲型和平直型3种。利用渔场重心的纬度向变化作为柔鱼渔场变动的指标。研究认为,A区黑潮分布特征对柔鱼渔场重心纬度影响最大,其次为B区和C区,而其它区影响则不明显。A区出现黑潮大弯曲型时,柔鱼渔场重心明显偏北且概率高;小弯曲型或平直型时,柔鱼渔场重心明显偏南。研究认为,黑潮流轴的走向影响着柔鱼渔场的空间分布。

Abstract:构建新型材料活性碳纤维(active carbon fiber,ACF)填料床反应器,在温度25~27℃,利用人工污水进行挂膜,测定基本水质指标及生物膜氧吸收速率(oxygen uptake rate,OUR),研究反应器稳态后水力停留时间(hydraulic retention time,HRT),进水NH4+-N负荷以及CODMn/NH4+-N变化对于ACF填料滤器的影响。结果表明,ACF填料滤器最佳HRT时间为3.1h,NH4+-N去除率最高达到79.41%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.24mg O2/(g.h)。控制进水NH4+-N负荷分别为0.05、0.09、0.24、0.44g/(kg.d),最佳进水NH4+-N负荷为0.09g/(kg.d),NH4+-N去除率可达80.21%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.42mgO2/(g.h)。CODMn/NH4+-N比在2至6时,随着CODMn/NH4+-N比升高,NH4+-N去除率逐渐降低,而CODMn去除率明显上升。在CODMn/NH4+-N比为2时,NH4+-N去除率最高,为80.96%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.40mgO2/(g.h);在CODM...

Abstract:采用霍恩氏法进行对虾保鲜剂对小白鼠的急性毒性试验研究,结果表明:对虾保鲜剂对雌雄小鼠半数致死量(LD50值)>10g/kg体重,毒性分级属实际无毒级。在加与不加代谢活化系统(S-9)的条件下,利用4个组氨酸营养缺陷型鼠伤寒沙门氏菌菌株(TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102),采用平板渗入进行鼠伤寒沙门氏菌哺乳动物微粒体酶试验(Salmonella typhimurium mammals microsomal enzyme test,Ames),研究对虾保鲜剂的致突变作用,结果表明:对虾保鲜剂对4个菌株诱发的回变菌落数与阴性对照组的回变菌落数之间没有显著差异(P>0.05),均未超过阴性对照组2倍,Ames试验结果为阴性,表明对虾保鲜剂对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无直接和间接致突变作用。
