Abstract:This paper is reported that triploids were induced in the Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas) using cytochalasin B. The result shows that the percentage of triploids was 75. 0%, treated with CB concentration of 0. 25mg/L duration 20min The percentage of incubation of D-form larvae was 40 - 50%. 18, 464 thousand triploid spats were cultured during 1992 - 1996.

Abstract:(1)真鲷初孵仔鱼的高温和低盐耐力分别为30℃和3.8‰,随饥饿程度加剧,耐力逐渐下降至27℃和6.5‰,投饵仔鱼随着发育推进,耐高温能力增强,耐低盐耐力出现波动。(2)真鲷早期仔鱼的低盐耐力和浮力变化与仔鱼体内水分含量有关。(3)开口后3日龄和PNR是真鲷仔鱼对外界环境的敏感期,其对高温和低盐耐力很低。

Abstract:Paprica oleoresin extracted with the solvent of acetone could be depepperized and the red pigment without pungent taste was obtained by 6 times of extraction with alkaline acetone (50%) solution. The process was simple and operation convenient. All indexes of capsanthin extracted meet the stipulated standards.

Abstract:In this paper a preliminary analysis was performed on composition of catches obtained by longline fishing in the Mediterranean Sea during fishing seasons of two years May-June in 1995 and late April-early July in 1996. The results showed that species of catches which often appeared were bluefin tuna Thunnus thynnus (Linnaeus), swordfish Xiphias gladius Linnaeus, blue shark Prionace glauca (Linnaeus, 1758), oceanic sunfish Molo molo (Linnaeus, 1758 ) and Atlantic loggerhead turtle Caretta caretta caretta (Linnaeus, 1758). The species of catches which rarely appeared were shortfin mako Isurus oxyrinchus Rafinesque, 1810, Albacore Thunnus alalunga (Bonnaterre ), bigscale pomfret Taractichthys longiPinnis (Lowe) and a kind of rays (Dasyatidae). In the catches bluefin tuna is a predominant species, accounting for 81. 0% (1995) and 66. 9 % (1996). As for the other species including swordfish, blue shark, oceanic sunfish and Atlantic loggerhead turtle were considerably low in proportion.

Abstract:One strain of germ is isolated from the bacterial septicemia sufferer of silver carp. It is numbered as Qing 1 - 2 - 3- The bacterial septicemia artificially duplicated has succeeded by using germ Qing 1 - 2 - 3 infect the healthy individuals of silver carp. The morphology, nutrient demand, growth characteristic and biochemical reaction of the strain has been observed. lt is found the germ of Qing 1 - 2 - 3 is Aeromonas hydroPhila. The biochemical characteristic of Qing 1 - 2 - 3 is different to the pathogenic bacteria of allogynogentic crucian carp. It is indicated that Qing 1 - 2- 3 strain is a different strain of pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila.
