Abstract:本文对高体受精卵和早期仔色发育与盐度的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明:受精卵在不同盐度下表现出不同的沉浮性,在盐度为30%。以下的海水,呈沉性;在32‰以上的海水,呈浮性;受精卵孵化的适盐范围为30-40‰,最适为32-35‰;仔鱼在不同盐度海水中的分布状态是:盐度低于30‰时,主要分布于中下层,活力差;盐度高于32‰时,主要分布中上层,活力好;在不同盐度和无投饵状态下,仔鱼生存指数SAI大小为:盐度25-40‰,SAI为10.20-18.80,其中在32-35‰时,SAI值最大(18.30-18.80)。从不同盐度下仔鱼的分布状态及仔鱼的生存指数综合分析,高体仔鱼培育的最适盐度范围为32-35‰。

Abstract:1996年1月初连云港某养蟹场的中华绒螯蟹的抱卵蟹在升温到17℃以上后不断死亡。症状为步足脱落,鳌足上的毛脱落,甲壳上有褐斑。经查明是由于海水中的重金属离子含量较高(Cu2+0.02mg/L,Zn2+0.012mg/L),以及弧菌感染引起甲壳溃疡病。经鉴定,弧菌能在不含盐的培养基中生长,其余的生理生化特性均与副溶血弧菌相同。防治措施为在蓄水池中全池遍洒5×10-6EDTA钠盐,在蟹池内全池遍洒土霉素3.5×10-6,隔天泼1次,连泼3次,同时投喂鱼泰8号药饲5天。治疗效果良好,治愈率达93%。愈后的抱卵蟹孵化幼体正常。

Abstract:This paper reported the effects of copper, zinc and methamidophos on the embryo development and larva survival of loach paramisgurnus dabryanus. The 24h LC50 of the embryos and 24h, 48h, LC50, and safe concentration (Sc) of the larvae have been obtained. The results show that both the embryos and larvae could be influenced in some degrees by three toxicants toxic intensity of copper is higher than zinc, and both of them are much higher than methamidophos. In comparison with embryo, the larva is more sensitive for the those toxicants.

Abstract:The effect of various drying parameters on the performance of pneumatic conveying dryer was systematically analyzed by means of a computer simulation. A new concept was suggested that there existed an optimum airflow rate and feedrate in a given pneumatic conveying dryer. The relation between optimum parameters and their influance on the performance of dryer was thoroughly investigated.

Abstract:The nutritional composition of Ommastrephes bartrami was studied in this paper. With high proportion in the edible portion of red oceanic squid it accounts for 80% of its body weight, in which the tube muscle amounts to 50% and viscera and wastes 20%. The experimental results show that in the edible portion of red oceanic squid the contents of crude protein and fat are approximately 20% and 1 %, respectively as well as trace minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. Moreover, the amino acid composition in crude protein is relatively complete and the essential amino acids amount to 45. 70% nearly equivalent to egg protein of 48. 92%, particularly in the content of lysine accounting for 9. 92% of the total. The viscera of red oceanic squid contain an abundant amount of protein and fats, in which crude protein and fat are 13. 78% and 19. 46% respectively. It is worthy to note that the fat in red oceanic squid contains 86% of unsaturaed fatty acids in which EPA and DHA amount to 36% of the total. These experimental data can be applied to the development of red oceanic squid sales market and its processing.
