Abstract:本文报导了对拟建巢湖电厂前水域水生生物调查和预测电厂建成后温排水对该水域环境的影响。经实验表明，拟建电厂的温排水对温升区内的水环境会带来一定影响。春末、初秋水温升高，会促使微囊藻Microcystis提早滋生，大量繁殖；盛夏高温季节水温超过34℃时，对微囊藻生长不利，甚至引起死亡。但因拟建电厂的温排水等温线，在最不利的条件下，3℃升温区的面积为1．02～2．03km^2，仅占全湖面积的1．33～2．26‰,对巢湖水环境影响不大。

Abstract:外源性卵黄蛋白与鲤鱼垂体（CPG）加绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）混合注射（试验组）对鳗鲡具有明显的催热作用，卵巢成热系数平均为56．17±11．74％，是对照组（CPG加HCG组）的2．87倍。试验组脑垂体促性腺激素细胞（GTH细胞）中除含有数量较多的小分泌颗粒外，球状分泌颗粒增加，内质网池扩大；卵母细胞直径为450．0微米，双层滤泡膜和放射带充分发育。对照组GTH细胞的球状分泌颗粒直径和内质网扩大均小于试验组；卵母细胞直径为270．0微米。而饲养在海水中75天，未经注射催情药物的雌鳗，脑垂体GTH细胞仅有小分泌颗粒，未见球状分泌颗粒，卵母细胞的放射带正在形成，胞内开始出现脂肪油球。试验结果表明，外源性卵黄蛋白与CPG加HCG混合注射有明显协同作用，对卵母细胞成热有显著促进作用。

Abstract:Pesticides causing damages to the erythrocyte nucleus of loach, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Cantor, were reported in this paper. On the basis of determining 96hr LC50of methamidophos, the effects of two pesticides on micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in erythrocytes of loach at five different concentration between LC50 and the safety were discussed. The experimental results indicated that the two pesticides could increase the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes and the rate of nuclear anomalies. At the certain range of the pesticide concentration, the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes showed a dosedependent elevation. However, it decreased with the increase of pestcide concentration when the concentration was over a suitable range. But the rate of total nuclear anomalies showed a significant dose-dependent increases in the test. In addition, with the increase of the doses for each pesticide, the hight frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes appeared also earlier.

Abstract:This paper reports the relationship between artificial stocking and yield of silver carp and bighead in Lake Taihu in 1992 and 1993. A total amount of 9. 23 million fingerlings (weighed 252. 16 tons ) of silver carp and bighead together were stocked into Lake Taihu in 1992. About 1379. 71 tons of silver carp and bighead were caught in this year.It occupied 9. 99% of total catch of Lake Taihu's fisheries. in 1993. the stocking quantity and stocking weights were increased to 11.32 million fingerlings and 354. 24 tons respectively. The yield of silver carp and bighead was also increased to 1670. 1 tons. It occupied 11. 87% of total catch from Lake Taihu of this year. The major effect of artificial stocking of silver carp and bighead in Lake Taihu was obtained in these .two years. The results have positive role for stabilizing and increasing yield in the Lake Taihu's fisheries and active significance for regulating and improving structure of . fisheries resources of Lake Taihu. There is potential for increasing production of silver carp and bighead according to the environmental conditions, abundance of plankton and growth performences of these two species, the stocking density could be increased further. The factors affected on stocking effect are discussed.

Abstract:本文以添加不同淀粉量的5种自制冷冻鲢鱼圆和6种市售冷冻小包装鱼圆为研究对象，对反映冷冻鱼圆质地特性的硬度和弹性作感官评定和仪器测定，并进行质地嗜好性试验。根据5种自制冷冻鱼圆和6种市售冷冻鱼圆的质地嗜好性试验结果表明，嗜好性评分高的冷冻鱼圆，其质地特性主要力学参数的范围是硬度150～270g，弹性（凝胶强度）140～220g·cm。自制冷冻鲢鱼圆淀粉的添加量直控制在5％～10％左右。冷冻鱼圆硬度和弹性的感官评分与仪器测定值之间存在着显著的相关关系（P＜0，01）。

Abstract:A species of Parioglossus collected in coastal beach of northeast of Zhejiang Province in 1991 and 1993 is described as a new species. It is very similar to the Parioglossusraoi (Herre) in the body color, but deffers in the longitudinal scale, gill rakers and the blackspot of the first dorsal fin.
