Abstract:盐度对条斑紫菜体细胞的生长发育有明显的影响。盐度在19.6—32.8‰之间,体细胞生长发育正常;但超过32.8或低于19.6‰,体细胞成活率均下降,发育速度明显减慢。适当剂量的紫外线能促进体细胞苗生长,且可提高体细胞后代对高盐度和低盐度的忍耐力,同时获得少量能在低盐度下生长的变异体。刚酶解出的体细胞在高盐度下培养1天,然后逐渐降低盐度,可获得较高的成活率。

Abstract:本文报导了条斑紫菜(Porphyra yezoensis Ueda)自由丝状体快速培养并用固相化方法采苗下海养殖的试验,结果表明自由丝状体可以在较短的时间内快速生长发育成熟,用固相化方法采苗可以克服自由丝状体室内集中放散壳孢子困难的缺点,每网采200万枝壳孢子囊枝切段,其出苗情况,紫菜生长均达到生产要求,本试验为自由丝状体快速采苗应用于生产上提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:本文报道兴建中的长江天鹅洲“四大家鱼”天然种质资源库中鲢、鳙、草鱼与青鱼的生长,死亡特性和资源数量变动规律。对这4种鱼生长参数值的比较分析表明,天鹅洲故道鲢、鳙、草鱼、青鱼基本维持了长江天然群体的优良生长特性,1991年度,故道渔获量为71.8万公斤,其中“四大家鱼”产量8,8万公斤,鲢、鳙、草鱼、青鱼的死亡率分别为0.66、0.77,0.86、0.86,。四大家鱼”的年资源补充量为16.7万尾,平均资源重量为7.28万公斤,目前该故道渔业所存在的主要问题是过度捕捞,为了发挥种质资源库的预期效应,建议将。四大家鱼。的开捕年龄定为3龄,严禁捕捞其当年幼鱼,捕捞强度控制在0.3~0.5间,以期故道鲢、鳙、草鱼、青鱼的持续产量保持在30万公斤左右,

Abstract:本文对淡腌鲐鱼(含盐量2%)的贮藏特性进行了研究,将淡腌鲐鱼以聚乙烯袋(封口)及复合袋(真空)两种方式包装,在20℃、5℃及-18℃三种温度下贮藏,定期测定过氧化值及挥发性盐基氮,并同时对感官质量作了检定,贮藏试验结果表明,在聚乙烯袋封口包装条件下,不论何种贮藏温度,氧化酸败都是变质的首要因素;而在真空包装条件下,其他变质因素的重要性增加,尤其在较高温度下,腐败变质成为不可忽视的因素,在冻藏及真空包装条件下,可同时有效地抑制酸败与腐败,使保质期大为延长。试验结果也表明,淡腌鲐鱼的过氧化值及挥发性盐基氮与初期氧化酸败及初期腐败之间存在一定程度的相关关系。

Abstract:In this paper the temperature of vaporization caused by the sur- face area of defrosting heat exchange, the wind pressure difference at inlet and outlet, andthe electric current of motor as well as its rotating speed during the air cooler runningwere experimentally and theoretically studied. Besides, optimal control of the initialdefrosting point in the air cooler and the technology for energy saving during defrosting were elucidated. The experimental results showed that the proper selection ofcontrolled defrost method would significantly improve the technology of defrosting inthe air cooler, expand the extent of automation in the refrigeration system and realizethe energy saving during operation.

Abstract:This paper deals with histopathological comparison of six gill diseasescaused by parasites in grass carp. These diseases are Cryptobiasis, Trichodiniasis,Ichthyophthiriasis, Dactylogyriasis, Gyrodactyliasis and Sinergasiliasis. Our observations bear out, all parasitic gill diseases are able to cause the inflam-matory reaction, the gill hyperfunctionally secrete mucus and the eosinophilic andlymphocytic infiltration. However, there are some obvious differences in these diseases caused by various parasites each other. The seriously harmful diseases are degenerativeinflammation, such as Cryptobiasis, and the slightly harmfu1 diseases are proliferativeinflammation, such as Sinergasiliasis.
