The thesis is regard the exploitation of multimedia courseware about sensory evaluation of food as blueprint and explores the general process. According to the method of software cycle in software engineering, the process of multimedia courseware is compose of certain number stages, which are strict formulated the corresponding tasks and purposes that could reach, so as to ensure the completion, continuity and reliability of total process.
