    为探究光照颜色对许氏平鲉幼鱼行为和生理的影响,研究了许氏平鲉个体和群体在5种光照颜色下的行为反应,实验水槽中设置白光、红光、黄光、绿光、蓝光等5种颜色光照区,记录个体和群体的行为反应。同时分别在实验开始后2 、4 、8 和12 h时取样检测分析血浆中皮质醇(Cortisol,COR)浓度、葡萄糖(Glucose,GLU)含量、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT))活力。结果显示,许氏平鲉对光照颜色具有一定的偏好选择性,个体许氏平鲉在不同光照颜色下的停留时间比例依次为蓝光22.08%、绿光20.55%、白光17.59%、黄光15.04%、红光15.03%,蓝光显著高于黄光和红光,绿光、白光、黄光和红光之间无显著差异;群体许氏平鲉聚集率依次为蓝光57.33%、黄光15.05%、白光13.10%、绿光8.49%、红光3.89%,蓝光显著高于其他4种光照颜色,红光显著低于黄光和白光,而与绿光无显著差异。无论个体还是群体对蓝光均表现为喜好(正趋向),对红光均表现为回避(负趋向),而对黄光、白光和绿光偏好选择不显著。5种光照颜色条件下许氏平鲉血浆中皮质醇浓度具有显著差异,其中蓝光条件下血浆中皮质醇浓度最低,其次为黄光、白光和绿光,而红光条件下最高。血浆中葡萄糖含量在蓝光、黄光和绿光条件下无显著差异,而红光条件下葡萄糖含量较高,5种光照颜色对血浆中谷草和谷丙转氨酶活力影响并不显著。研究表明,光照颜色对许氏平鲉行为和生理具有一定影响,而且偏好选择行为与应激生理和代谢水平上存在显著负相关关系,许氏平鲉在行为上表现为对蓝光喜好,生理上表现为血浆中皮质醇浓度和葡萄糖含量较低,对红光回避,生理上则表现为血浆中皮质醇浓度和葡萄糖含量较高。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of light color on the behavior and physiology of juvenile Sebastes schlegelii, the behavioral responses of individuals and populations of Sebastes schlegeliiwere studied under five different light colors. Five color light zones, including white, red, yellow, green, and blue, were set up in the experimental water tank to record the behavioral responses of individuals and populations.At the same time, samples were taken and analyzed for plasma cortisol (COR) concentration, glucose (GLU) content, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity at 2, 4, 8, and 12 hours after the start of the experiment.The results showed that Sebastes schlegelii had a certain preference for light color. The proportion of residence time of individual Sebastes schlegelii under different light colors was blue light 22.08%, green light 20.55%, white light 17.59%, yellow light 15.04%, and red light 15.03%, respectively. Blue light was significantly higher than yellow and red light, and there was no significant difference between green light, white light, yellow light, and red light. The aggregation rate of Sebastes schlegeliiin the group was blue light 57.33%, yellow light 15.05%, white light 13.10%, green light 8.49%, and red light 3.89%, respectively. Blue light was significantly higher than the other four light colors, while red light was significantly lower than yellow and white light, and there was no significant difference compared to green light.Both individuals and groups showed a preference (positive trend) for blue light and an avoidance (negative trend) for red light, while their preference for yellow, white, and green light was not significant.There was a significant difference in plasma cortisol concentration among the 5 different light color conditions, with blue light being the lowest, followed by yellow light, white light, and green light, and red light being the highest. There was no significant difference in glucose content in plasma under blue, yellow, and green light conditions, while glucose content was higher under red light conditions. The effects of the five light colors on AST and ALT activity in plasma were not significant.Research showed that the color of light had a certain impact on the behavior and physiology of Sebastes schlegelii, and there was a significant negative correlation between preference selection behavior and stress physiology and metabolic levels. The Sebastes schlegeliiexhibited a preference for blue light in behavior, lower plasma cortisol and glucose levels in physiology, avoidance of red light, and higher plasma cortisol and glucose levels in physiology.
