    利用Western印迹法对胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ (insulin like growth factor 1, IGF-Ⅰ)及其受体(IGF-Ⅰ receptor, IGF-ⅠR)蛋白在牙鲆仔鱼发育变态阶段的表达进行分析。结果显示IGF-Ⅰ蛋白在仔鱼变态前(17 d)和变态起始阶段(21 d)免疫活性较强,而在变态期间降低;IGF-ⅠR蛋白在变态起始阶段的表达与IGF-Ⅰ类似,但在变态期间与IGF-Ⅰ相反,具有相对丰富的表达。这些结果为进一步研究IGF-Ⅰ及其受体在牙鲆变态中的生理意义奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    In this study, Western blot was used to analyze the expression of insulin like growth factor-1 (IGF-Ⅰ) and its receptor (IGF-ⅠR) proteins during larval development and metamorphosis of Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus. The results showed that IGF-Ⅰ protein has a higher immunoreactivity at premetamorphosis (17 d) and the onset of metamorphosis (21 d), while lower during metamorphosis. The expression pattern of IGF-ⅠR protein at the onset of metamorphosis was similar to that of IGF-Ⅰ, and but an opposite pattern was observed throughout metamorphosis. These results provide a basis for further study on the physiological significance of the IGF-Ⅰ and its receptor in the Japanese flounder metamorphosis.
