The key problem of "Sannong" (issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers) is the solution to improve the quality of the farmers and increase their income. The thesis touches upon the importance of the betterment of the system to promote fishery technology and its positive contribution to the income increase and agriculture economy. Thus it illustrates the role of the fishery technology in the solution of "Sannong", concerning fishery technological demonstration, science and technology training, the service of industry and information and product sales.
