    摘要:

    就盐度对日本对虾幼虾生长与氧代谢水平的影响进行了研究,结果表明:盐度S对日本对虾幼虾的生长、存活率有显著影响,当S为10.2-26.9时,幼虾生长效果最佳,盐度为20.3时,增长率和增重率为最大。盐度与溶氧水平明显影响日本对虾幼虾瞬时耗氧速率(V),V与DO具有良好的线性关系,且随DO的增加而增大。

    Abstract:

    This experiment was conducted on the effects of salinity on growth and oxygen metabolism in juvenile Penaeus japonicus. Salinity had significant effects on the growth and survival rate of juveniles. The best salinity for juvenile prawn growth was 10.2-26.9, and the highest growth rate was found in the 20.3 salinity group. The effects of salinity and dissolved oxygen content on instantaneous oxygen consumption rate(V) were significant. V showed good linear relation with dissolved oxygen content.
